Firefighters battled a single-storey house fire at a Traralgon property early this morning.
Crews from Traralgon, Traralgon West and Morwell were called to the incident at Finlayson Crescent, Traralgon just after 6am today, 17 October.
There were no occupants present at the time the fire impacted the weatherboard house.
Firefighters from the five CFA trucks on scene brought the fire under control by 6.17am and declared the incident safe around 7.15am.
District 27 Commander Gareth McDermott said the impact of smoke on nearby residents is now “all clear”.
Victoria Police was called to the scene and will continue with the investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
