The industrial dispute involving tugboat company Svitzer Australia remains fluid with the Fair Work Commission last week ordering it to scrap its planned lockout of workers.
The Danish-owned company had announced a lockout of 582 tugboat workers in response to a number of strikes over the past month in a three-year-old bargaining dispute.
The Commission ruled it was satisfied the lockout of maritime workers at 17 ports would cause significant damage to the Australian economy
