Two seriously injured in crash, NSW

Crash Investigation Unit officers are appealing for dash cam vision after a collision at Georges Hall this afternoon, in which two people were seriously injured.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Marion Street and Airport Avenue shortly before 1pm (Sunday 30 December 2018), after a Subaru WRX and a Land Rover Discovery collided.

The driver of the WRX, a 27-year-old man from Condell Park, suffered serious chest and internal injuries and is in a stable condition in Liverpool Hospital.

His front-seat passenger, a 24-year-old woman from Panania, is being treated in the same hospital for fractures to both legs.

The driver of the Land Rover, a 17-year-old man from Georges Hall, escaped injury. He has undergone mandatory testing.
