Full day event to offer one-to-one consultations, support and personalised guidance for students
The University of Wollongong (UOW) will host its Open Day at its Liverpool campus on Saturday, 22nd July. The event will highlight UOW’s commitment to providing a world-class education and fostering strong ties within the Liverpool community.
The University’s Liverpool campus is dedicated to enabling students to pursue a world-class education without having to travel far from their hometown. The University takes immense pride in being an integral part of the local community, providing educational opportunities that empower individuals and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the region.
As part of the Open Day, UOW Liverpool will host a variety of events, including one-to-one consultation sessions for students, ensuring personalised guidance and support in their educational journey. These consultations will provide a valuable opportunity for students to seek advice, explore program options, and discuss their career aspirations with experienced faculty members and advisors.
Year 12 students can also attend tailored presentations that will cover a wide range of topics, including Early Admission pathways, comprehensive career planning assistance, study abroad support services, and in-depth information on various faculties and courses.
Additionally, campus tours led by faculty members will provide an inside look into the University’s state-of-the-art facilities, developing an understanding of the vibrant and collaborative learning environment at its Liverpool campus.
UOW Pro Vice-Chancellor (Health – Sydney Campuses) Professor Louise Hickman said the University is looking forward to welcoming students and showcasing world-class teaching and learning facilities that the Liverpool campus has to offer.
