Police have located the third man who allegedly absconded from Townsville Correctional Centre (Low Custody Male Farm) on November 22.
The 28-year-old man handed himself into Kirwan Police Station around 1pm today.
He has been charged with one count of escape lawful custody will appear in the Townsville Magistrates Court on Monday.
