Update from Acting CEO – Launch of Allies of Inclusion Network

As CFA members we hold an important role in the community to lead and promote diversity and inclusion and challenge bias and discrimination. This cannot be achieved alone – that’s why we’re bringing together a network of allies to support the advancement of inclusion, diversity and fairness within CFA.

Update from the Acting CEO - Launch of Allies of Inclusion Network

CFA is committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace where employees and volunteers engage and interact with each other and the broader community in an equitable manner, regardless of, ethnicity, culture, language, beliefs, gender, age, socio-economic status, level of ability, additional needs, family structure or lifestyle.

We want to shift the focus to the positive similarities that bind our members – to recognise, appreciate and utilise the unique insights and perspectives of others.

Our Inclusion and Fairness team has recently launched CFA’s Allies of Inclusion Network (AIN) which aims to provide a safe space for like-minded members to connect and work towards creating an inclusive organisation where members can bring their whole self to CFA.

The AIN brings together CFA people who have a passion and willingness to promote and contribute to a positive, diverse and supportive culture.

All CFA members – staff and volunteers – are welcome and encouraged to join the network and share their ideas, connect, learn and work together to support local and state initiatives.

You will be supporting a workplace culture that values and respects the unique strengths, capabilities and potential of each member.
