We understand there has been significant community interest in the planning permit application for the Cranbourne Golf Course at 750S Glasscocks Road, Cranbourne North.
The application (PA24-0697) has been called in by Councillors under Council’s Land Use Planning Protocols given its potential impact on local amenity, infrastructure and employment. This means Councillors, rather than Council officers, will consider the proposal and make the final decision.
The application will be considered at Tuesday night’s Council Meeting (17 February 2026). The agenda for this meeting is now live on Council’s website
