The City of PAE is currently seeking expressions from reliable, professional, and suitably qualified operator who would be interested in managing operations and developing the site of its driving range facility at Thomas Turner Reserve Valley View (which may include the use of the adjacent residential premises).
Whilst we expect that golfing related EOIs are likely to be proposed, Council is also open to other proposals for activation of the site that allow for community use of the premises and recreational activities.
