WA’s best tourism operators shine at 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards

  • Ngurrangga Tours received highest accolade in WA tourism
  • Multiple organisations awarded with Hall of Fame for winning three consecutive years
  • Winners in selected categories to represent Western Australia at the national tourism awards

Ngurrangga Tours was recognised most outstanding tourism operator last night receiving the Sir David Brand Award for Tourism, at the 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards. The fully Aboriginal-owned tour operator delivers cultural tourism experiences within the Pilbara region.

Willie Creek Pearls, Live Ningaloo, CORE Cider House, Tree Chalets, and City of Fremantle were awarded Hall of Fame – for winning the gold medal in their categories three years in a row.

The new category recognising operators for excellence in accessible tourism was awarded to Off The Beaten Track WA.

The Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards recognise tourism operators across 27 categories for their commitment to excellence, providing them with an opportunity to raise their profile among the industry and visitors.

The gold medallists in selected categories will go on to represent WA at the 2023 Australian Tourism Awards.
