Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Martin Coyle.
The 21-year-old is wanted on warrant for assault related matters.
Coyle is described as 185cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Wyndham area.
Investigators have released an image of Coyle in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
