Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Shane Martin.
A warrant has been issued for the 33-year-old’s arrest in relation to an assault.
Police have released an image of Martin in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Martin is perceived as Caucasian in appearance and about 180cm tall with a medium build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Carlton, Heidelberg and Epping areas.
