Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tatem Cumming.
The 18-year-old Bass woman is wanted on warrant in relation to reckless conduct endangering serious injury offences.
Cumming is known to frequent the Frankston area.
Investigators have released an image of Cumming in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
