Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Vincent Caruana.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant for assault-related offences and breaching a court order.
Caruana is 175 cm tall, with a medium build, olive complexion, shoulder length wavy hair that is typically tied back, a short beard and moustache.
He is known to frequent the Wodonga and Albury areas.
Investigators have released an image of Caruana in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
