A woman reported missing from the state’s Murray River region has been located safe and well.
The 38-year-old woman was reported missing after she was last seen Tuesday afternoon (17 January 2023) at a home on Greta Drive, Hamilton Valley, and had not been in contact with friends or family since.
Officers from Murray River Police District were notified on Wednesday (18 January 2023), and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, the woman was located safe and well in the Cooma region today (Friday 20 January 2023).
Police wish to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
