It is understood the 44-year-old was ejected from an elevated work platform when it rolled off a truck’s tilt tray while being loaded, sustaining serious head injuries.
He later died in hospital.
The death is the 15th confirmed workplace fatality for 2025. There were 21 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
