In preparation for the transition from roundabouts to signalised intersections, two partial closures of the Exit 41 interchange on the M1 Pacific Motorway are necessary.
The closures will be in place for two consecutive weekends (weather and site conditions permitting):
- Friday 18 November (9pm) – Monday 21 November 2022 (4am) – no access through the eastern side of the interchange, limited access through the western side of the interchange
- Friday 25 November (9pm) – Monday 28 November 2022 (4am) – access through the eastern side of the interchange only.
Detours
- Southbound M1 motorists can access the south eastern side of the interchange (Lahrs Road/Notar Drive) via the new Exit 41 southbound off-ramp
- Northbound M1 motorists can access the north western side of the interchange (Cuthbert Drive northern section) via the new Exit 41 northbound off-ramp
All other motorists will need to access local roads via Exit 38 (Yatala North) or Exit 45 (Ormeau).
It is your responsibility to make sure you’re using up-to-date information when you assess the suitability of your route.
