Farmers across Australia can apply for up to $20,000 to implement ag-tech solutions that increase connectivity, productivity and safety of their businesses, through the On Farm Connectivity Program.
On Farm Connectivity grants help primary producers adopt smarter and better-connected farming solutions – such as technology and equipment to optimise soil quality and nutrient levels, monitor livestock, automate watering systems and safeguard farming equipment and supplies.
Round three applications are now open and will be prioritised for primary producers who did not receive funding through previous rounds, helping spread the benefits of the program as broadly as possible.
The program provides rebates of up to 50 per cent for eligible equipment through eligible suppliers, with a pool of $10 million in round three.
Rounds one and two of the program delivered more than $30.5 million in rebates to almost 3,000 primary producers nationwide.
