Abandoned vehicle auction 10 September 2019

To the owners of the following apparently abandoned vehicles:

Notice is hereby given that under Section 27 of the Local Law No 1 (Administration) 2016, the below mentioned vehicles which are suspected by the Cairns Regional Council of being abandoned and which Council has detained at its McCoombe Street vehicle yard, 145-153 McCoombe Street, Bungalow, will be sold by Public Auction at 10am on Tuesday 10 September 2019, and vehicles will be available for inspection from 9am on the day of the auction.
