A former client of St Paul’s Prevention Rehabilitation, Abdul Elabed, was today convicted at the County Court of Victoria following an investigation by the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC).

Abdul Elabed pleaded guilty to trafficking a drug of dependence and attempting to pervert the course of justice. Mr Elabed was sentenced to 4.5 months imprisonment for attempting to pervert the course of justice and convicted and fined $250 for trafficking a drug of dependence.
