Detectives are appealing for witnesses to assist in identifying two men involved in an affray in Frankston on 15 August.
Investigators will allege three men arrived at a Corlett Street address in a white van about 3pm.
The men, allegedly armed with weapons, smashed the windows of a house and vehicle, causing extensive damage, before they fought with a fourth man who was allegedly armed with a weapon.
The driver of the van and the two unidentified suspects fled in the van.
Search warrants were executed in Bittern and Frankston and three offenders arrested.
A 21-year-old Bittern man was charged with affray, assault related charges, weapon offences and criminal damage and was remanded in custody to appear at Frankston Magistrates Court on 28 October.
A 28-year-old Frankston man was charged with affray and prohibited person possess firearms and has since been convicted.
A 23 year-old Pakenham man was released without charge.
Police have released CCTV footage and an image of two men they are yet to speak with who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The first man is perceived to be Caucasian, aged between 19 and 25 years-of-age, of medium build with a large tattoo on his right calf. At the time he was wearing a blue hoodie with a long white t-shirt underneath, grey shorts, white shoes and a black hat.
The second is described as being aged between 19-25 years-of-age, of thin build with an olive complexion. At the time he was wearing a grey hoodie with a white t-shirt underneath, shorts, a black beanie and black face-mask.
