An AFP employee has been charged with one count of use carriage service to menace/harass/offend contrary to Section 474.17(1) of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).
The matter will be heard in Gosford Local Court today (Tuesday 23 July, 2024).
The employee has been stood down from duty.
