Northern Territory Police are investigating an aggravated burglary and assault involving three female offenders in Alice Springs early this morning.
Police allege the three females, aged between 16 and 19, smashed a rear laundry window to gain entry to a residence in Araluen about 2am.
The group, who are known to the victim, allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl inside the residence, punching and kicking her multiple times.
The victim suffered injuries including a suspected concussion.
Police were notified of the incident about 5.30am and General Duties members attended and established a crime scene.
Investigations are continuing.
