Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Allan Williams.
The 21-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to traffic and theft offences.
Williams is described as being approximately 180cm tall, with a solid build. He has a distinctive tattoo on his right cheek.
He is known to frequent the Latrobe, Baw Baw, and Wellington areas.
Investigators have released an image of Williams in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
