The July Startup Cornell podcast features Ali Hussain ’11 and Deepak Bapat ’11 MEng ’12, cofounders of Tabs, a company that offers products and platforms that use AI to power modern finance and accounting functions. They say their product helps B2B (Business to Business) companies save time analyzing contracts, improves cash flow and avoids billing errors.
They met at Cornell, where Hussain was a College Scholar and government major in the College of Arts & Sciences and Bapat majored in computer science in the College of Engineering. They’ve since hired several Cornellians for their startup and hosted one of Entrepreneurship at Cornell’s hackathons this spring.
The Startup Cornell podcast features interviews with Cornell entrepreneurs, who tell their stories of successes and failures and offer actionable advice for building and growing a business. It’s available on the Entrepreneurship at Cornell website, as well as Apple podcasts, Spotify and Soundcloud.
