Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Scott Tipper, aged 49, was last seen in Penrith on Friday 16 June 2023.
When concerns were raised for his welfare, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Saturday 1 July 2023) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare, as he lives with medical conditions which require treatment.
Scott is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with medium build, bald head and short beard.
He is known to frequent the Penrith, Emu Plains, Bondi, and Hunters Hill areas.
