Appeal to locate teenage boy missing from Kogarah

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney’s south.

Samuel Colenbrander, aged 13, was last seen in Kogarah, about 9.30pm yesterday (Friday 11 September 2026).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Samuel’s welfare due to his age.

He is described as being of Asian appearance, 170cm to 180cm tall, of medium build, with black hair.

Samuel was last seen wearing a black crew neck jumper, light grey tracksuit pants and white sneakers.

He is known to frequent Jubilee Park, Kogarah Park, Hogben Park, Fry’s Reserve and Monterey Beach.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Kogarah Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
