Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl reported missing from Strathfield.
Sophia Safwan, aged 13, was last seen leaving a school in Strathfield on Thursday 23 July 2026.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare.
Sophia is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 150-160cm tall, with a thin build and black hair.
She was last seen wearing black tights, a black jumper and white shoes.
Sophia is known to frequent the Parramatta, East Hills, Kingsgrove, Strathfield and Bankstown areas.
