Architect firm Mode has been appointed to design a $500,000 refurbishment for classrooms at Hampton Senior High School in Morley.
The project includes refurbishing art and visual art classrooms to provide a modern learning environment for students.
These upgrades are part of the McGowan Government’s WA Recovery Plan.
As stated by Education and Training Minister Sue Ellery:
“It is important to improve school facilities to ensure more students have access to a high-quality learning environment.
“The refurbished classrooms at Hampton Senior High School will match the great learning opportunities available for students.”
As stated by Bassendean MLA Dave Kelly:
“Hampton Senior High School is already delivering a strong arts program for students, particularly with their specialised dance program.
“Refurbishments to their visual arts classrooms will be a great way for students to expand their arts education.”
