Police have charged a 43-year-old man following a house fire in Jarrot Court Delaney’s Creek.
Around 10.30pm emergency services were alerted to the fire and arrived to find the home engulfed in flames.
Police will allege the 43-year-old man poured petrol through the house before setting it alight.
The 43-year-old man was taken to the Caboolture station where he was charged with one count of arson and is due to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court today.
