Local artists are invited to submit their work for Primavera, a community exhibition presented by Griffith Regional Art Gallery and held at ARTSPACE at Griffith Regional Theatre.
Coinciding with Griffith’s annual Spring Fest celebrations, Primavera celebrates the colours, beauty and renewal of spring, with artists encouraged to draw inspiration from the season’s flora, fauna and natural landscape.
Griffith Regional Art Gallery Coordinator Melanie Toscan said community exhibitions provide an important opportunity for local artists to share their creativity with the wider community.
“Primavera is a wonderful opportunity for artists of all experience levels to exhibit their work and connect with audiences,” Ms Toscan said.
“Community exhibitions play an important role in supporting and celebrating our local creative talent, and we look forward to seeing the many different interpretations of the spring theme.”
Artists are invited to submit 2D artworks, including painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and textile wall hangings.
The exhibition will open at ARTSPACE at Griffith Regional Theatre on Friday, 18 September at 6pm and close on Friday, 30 October 2026.
