Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Attijariwafa Bank and Banque Centrale Populaire, as lenders, in connection with the project financing of the Boujdour II wind farm, developed by Energie Éolienne du Maroc (EEM), a subsidiary of the Nareva group, with an installed capacity of over 300 MW.
The Boujdour II wind farm constitutes EEM’s 6th development phase, making it the leading independent platform for renewable energy production in Africa dedicated to private customers.
