Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree Capital”) on its US$50 million equity investment as cornerstone investor in the initial public offering of H shares by Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. (“Zhongji Innolight”) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The offering is Asia’s second-largest listing of 2026 and Hong Kong’s biggest share sale in nearly seven years.
