Assistant watchhouse officer dismissed in Southern Region, QLD

A 35-year-old male assistant watchhouse officer from the Southern Region has been dismissed from the Queensland Police Service.

The civilian officer was the subject of a disciplinary hearing in relation to misconduct involving computer hacking and stealing.

In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer has been dismissed for misconduct.
