We have released the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) List, which outlines the products, equipment and home modifications available through the AT-HM Scheme from 1 July 2025.
The AT-HM List will help Support at Home providers to support eligible participants to access assistive technology and home modifications
