Police are investigating following a burglary with violence that occurred in Harristown yesterday morning, March 16.
Around 1am, a gold sedan attended a home along Violet Street. Two people got out of the vehicle and gained entry to a property.
An occupant of the property confronted the intruders before an altercation occurred and the pair ran off.
A 53-year-old male occupant sustained a non-life threatening head injury and was transported to Toowoomba Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Anyone with CCTV or dashcam from the area around the time of the incident is urged to contact police.
Investigations are underway.
