Austrade launches global campaign: Shine with Australia

Austrade

A new global education campaign will be launched by Austrade at AIEC today. The Shine with Australia campaign invites prospective international students to ‘discover their brilliant future self’ by studying with Australia. The campaign showcases inspiring alumni whose academic and professional journeys highlight the quality of an Australian education.

The international alumni featured in the campaign represent diverse and strategic student source markets and a wide range of study pathways and outcomes. In turn, they invite prospective students to begin their own journey towards realising their potential by starting their Australian education today, from wherever they are in the world.

The campaign ‘call to action’ encourages students to visit the Study Australia website and use the course search function to find the right course and study location for them. The Study Australia Course Search is the most comprehensive course search tool in the world featuring more than 31,000 CRICOS-registered courses offered on campus in Australia, as well as wholly online programs and scholarship information. Recently, more than 12,000 transnational education programs were added, including options available at Australian branch campuses, partner provider campuses and offshore learning centres worldwide.

The Course Search tool enables prospective students to explore their full range of study options and locations and to reach out to Australian providers directly to enquire and enrol. To-date, the tool has facilitated over 117,000 course detail searches, more than 42,000 click-throughs to provider websites and over 23,000 enquiry emails. It provides a tangible solution to students in overcoming current travel restrictions and supports Australia’s education sector to recover faster from pandemic-related declines in enrolments.

The Shine with Australia campaign offers students the opportunity to start their Australian education closer to home, and to plan ahead for a transition to on-campus studies in Australia. It seeks to secure a new pipeline of students in support of sector recovery and sustainability, by highlighting the growing range and flexibility of available Australian courses and delivery modes.

The campaign material, together with new student stories and feature articles, can be found at the Study Australia homepage. Additional new features on the Study Australia website include: Study Australia Employability Hub, Masterclass Library and an updated section on ‘Travel, Visas and Covid-19’, which includes all the latest information including vaccine recognition and access.
