Bayside Council will investigate the establishment of a Bayside Architectural Design Award scheme to encourage creative innovation in local buildings and public spaces.
Bayside is expecting to accommodate 42000 new residents in the next 15 years and it is expected this will be achieved through the construction of nearly 17000 new dwellings.
A local architectural design competition will help inspire and educate residents about the options that are available as they build.
A local Architectural Design Award will celebrate architects and designers who actively enhance our built environment while promoting design excellence.
