Wagering technology provider, BetMakers Technology Group Limited has announced international wagering and gaming industry investment firm Tekkorp Capital LLC has taken a further stake in the company via on market purchase.
Tekkorp Capital, controlled by President and CEO, Matt Davey further invested in the ASX listed company via on market purchase of shares. Today the US based investment firm lodged a Notice in Change in Substantial Holdings stating that almost AU$900,000 worth of shares have been purchased via its investment arm, Tekkorp Holdings LLC to take its stake to 21.09% of the company.
