The Brimbank community has just passed the 80 percent mark for double vaccination.
The milestone is a significant one for Brimbank, which was behind the Victorian Government average as the State’s re-opening plans started rolling out.
Brimbank City Council would like to thank the community for its willingness to roll up its sleeves and get the #jabdone.
With infection still in the community, and the possibility of surpassing the 80 percent vaccination rate, there’s more work to be done.
As well as the existing vaccination centres and appointments available through GPs and pharmacies, targeted community vaccination walk-ins are rolling out in locations across the municipality.
