Bulk concrete and brick collections moving to Cosgrove Landfill

Greater Shepparton City Council is advising residents, builders, contractors and commercial operators that bulk concrete and brick disposal services will be relocating from the Shepparton Resource Recovery Centre to Cosgrove Landfill from Monday 5 October 2026.

The change applies to all commercial customers and customers disposing of bulk quantities of concrete and brick materials.

From Monday 5 October 2026, customers will be required to take bulk loads of concrete and bricks directly to Cosgrove Landfill.

This change has been implemented to improve operational efficiencies and support the ongoing management and recovery of construction and demolition materials at an appropriate facility.

Council encourages customers to plan ahead and familiarise themselves with the new disposal location before the change comes into effect.

Before you visit
