Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses in relation to a sexual assault which occurred this morning in Alice Springs.
Around 6:00am, a woman was approached by a young male while walking along the causeway on Schwartz Crescent.
The male followed the woman towards Sturt Terrace and Giles Street, where he then grabbed the victim and exposed himself. The offender fled the area riding a blue bike with black handlebars.
Detectives from the Alice Springs Criminal Investigation Branch are requesting residents to review their CCTV footage for persons in the area at the time and to contact police on 131 444. Please quote reference 10502187.
