The finalists for the 2026 Campaspe Murray Business Awards have been announced, with businesses from across the Campaspe Shire and Murray River Council regions recognised for their outstanding achievements.
Now in their 24th year, the awards celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership across a diverse range of industries, showcasing the businesses that make a significant contribution to the region’s economy and communities.
Campaspe Shire Deputy Mayor, Cr Tony Marwood congratulated all finalists on their achievement.
“Being named a finalist is a fantastic accomplishment and reflects the dedication, resilience and innovation demonstrated by our local businesses.
“The quality of this year’s finalists highlights the strength and diversity of our business community, with businesses of all sizes continuing to deliver exceptional products, services and experiences while supporting local jobs and economic growth,” Cr Marwood said.
Murray River Council Mayor, Cr John Harvie encouraged the community to get behind the finalists by voting in the popular Nichol Trading People’s Choice Award.
“The People’s Choice Award is an opportunity for the community to recognise the businesses that have made a positive impact on their lives through outstanding customer service, community involvement or simply going the extra mile.
“We encourage everyone to support their favourite business finalist by casting a vote. It’s a great way to celebrate the businesses that help make our region such a vibrant place to live, work and visit.”
Voting for the Nichol Trading People’s Choice Award is now open and closes on 18 September.
Winners across all award categories, including the People’s Choice Award and the prestigious Business of the Year Award, will be announced at the Gala Presentation Dinner on 21 October 2026.
