Cancer Chatters is a new online education series for the general public and health professionals with an interest in learning more about cancer topics and developments in cancer research.
Each webinar will be hosted by an expert guest speaker and will provide participants with the opportunity to learn relevant evidence-based information and to ask questions at the end.
Dr Gottardo will be hosting our first Cancer Chatters lecture ‘The Quest to Cure Childhood Brain Cancer’ on Monday 10 August 2020. The lecture will be delivered via Zoom straight to your own electronic device or computer.
Dr Gottardo will be discussing the past, present and future of childhood brain cancer.
About the speaker
Dr Nick Gottardo is Co-Head of the Brain Tumour Research Programme at Telethon Kid’s Institute, a Consultant Paediatric Oncologist/Neuro-Oncologist, Head of Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Oncology and Haematology at Perth Children’s Hospital, and Stan Perron Chair of Paediatric Oncology and Haematology.
