We understand that due to the Temagog Bridge CLosure earlier this week, some residents’ green bins were not emptied.
Council will run a free catch-up green bin collection on the morning of Monday 29 November.
This is a free service to the community, Council’s waste contractor Cleanaway will collect all bins from every property with a waste service next week.
How to participate
On your regular bin night or morning, please put out all three of your bins.
Please note
This service is only for regular household waste, which must still be sorted into the correct bin as usual.
Please do not place flood waste or hard waste on the kerbside. Other methods of disposal for this sort of waste are being organised for the community.
