Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia (CCAA) has welcomed Victoria’s new Ministry, highlighting the appointments of the Hon. Colin Brooks MP, the Hon. Jaclyn Symes MP and the Hon. Steve Dimopoulos MP to key portfolios that will help shape the future of the State’s housing, infrastructure, resources, workplace safety and economic development agenda.
CCAA recently released its 2026 Victorian Election Policy Priorities, which outlines practical reforms to strengthen the heavy construction materials supply chain. Central to the priorities is the development of a comprehensive Victorian Heavy Construction Materials Plan to provide a coordinated, long-term approach to securing the resources, infrastructure and policy settings needed to support the State’s future growth.
“CCAA looks forward to working constructively with the Carroll Ministry as Victoria continues to deliver more homes, more infrastructure and the projects needed to support a growing economy,” CCAA CEO Michael Kilgariff said.
