CCTV appeal after affray Sydney CBD

Police are appealing for information following an affray in Sydney’s CBD today (Tuesday 13 February 2024).

Just after 4am, emergency services were called to a hotel on the corner of Goulburn and Pitt Street, Haymarket, following reports of multiple people injured.

Officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command attended and located a woman, aged 20, and two men, aged 23 and 26, with minor injuries.

All three were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene, with the woman taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with a facial wound.

The 23-year-old man was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital with a wound to his neck, and the 26-year-old man taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with minor injuries.

Both men have been arrested and are under police guard.

As inquiries continue, police have released CCTV vision of three men they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.

The men are described as being of Asian appearance, believed to be aged in their 20s, all wearing black t-shirts, jeans or shorts and sneakers.
