Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Christopher Collins.
The 35-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to a contravention of a court order and criminal damage.
Collins is described as approximately 170cm tall, of medium build, a fair complexion and having tattoos on his chest and right forearm.
He is known to frequent the Meadow Heights, Tullamarine and Airport West areas.
Investigators have released an image of Collins in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
