City of Salisbury launches interactive live Webchat tool to enhance customer experience

Have you got a nagging question you have been meaning to ask Council? Are you looking for something specific online but need help locating the information you require?

Help is at hand with the launch of our new Webchat tool, which may be accessed via our homepage. Just click on the yellow speech bubble icon in the bottom left hand corner and provide your details in order to submit a question to our helpful customer service team.

While some people prefer to chat face to face, on the phone or in a letter, many are turning to digital methods as a way of communication.

We are offering Webchat as another tool for engagement with the community and will aspire to get back to your general questions with a response as soon as possible.
