Researchers can now order services from Aurevia AB to support their clinical drug trials, medical device investigations, and other clinical studies.
Aurevia AB is a consulting company that provides support for various aspects of clinical research, including assistance with Clinical Trial Information System (CTIS) applications, protocol writing, monitoring, project management, and more.
What services has KI procured from Aurevia AB?
The services available through Aurevia AB include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and submission of clinical trial applications in the Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS)
- Preparation and submission of Substantial Modification applications in CTIS
- Preparation of Annual Safety Reports in CTIS
- Reporting clinical trial results in CTIS following study completion
- Monitoring of clinical trials within and outside of Sweden
- Preparation of study protocols and/or participant information documents
- Support for studies involving medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices (IVDR), with or without an AI focus
- Project management for clinical trials
- Assistance with the design, review, and/or validation of (electronic) Case Report Forms (eCRFs)
- Registration of studies in trial registries (for example, ClinicalTrials.gov)
- Advice on and arrangement of insurance coverage for clinical trials conducted within and outside Sweden
- Support with the submission of Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSARs) for clinical drug trials

Contract Period
KI has procured services from Aurevia AB for the period 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2030.
This means that researchers may order services up to and including 31 July 2030. Services ordered during the contract period may continue to be used after this date in accordance with the terms specified in each individual agreement with Aurevia AB.
