The Compliance Update – 1 April to 30 June 2022 is now available. It provides information on activities related to our Compliance and Enforcement Priorities.
The update includes:
- an update on 2021-2022 ERF and NGER audits conducted
- details on a refused application for an agency accredited small generation unit inspector appointment
- details on current and pending prosecutions
- details on a search warrant conducted in Perth by the agency
- updates to current and completed enforceable undertakings, and
- details of the amendments to the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 in response to the Integrity Review of the Rooftop Solar PV Sector.
